Returns

• If for any reason you change your mind on your purchase, you have 14 day period to return these items to us.
  You will pay the postage fee to return unwanted goods back to us.
• Customers must contact Chordal Green Home prior to returning goods. 
• Damages or discrepancies must be reported in writing to retail@chordalgreen.com within 14 working days of receipt
• Credits or replacements can only be made once the goods have been returned for inspection
• Chordal Green Home will process all claims within 10 working days of receiving the goods
• It is the customers responsibility to check delivery for damages and contact us immediately if there is a discrepancy
• Claims made after the 14th day of delivery date will unfortunately not be considered
